Job summary

Kraft Heinz Netherlands is offering a Customs Intern position in Amsterdam for a 6-month, hybrid placement. You will support live import and export declarations, apply rules of origin, and assist with customs compliance while gaining hands-on experience in international trade.

You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a related field, with EU working rights, and you will be based in the Netherlands for the entire internship.

Qualifications

• You are in the final stage of your Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s programme.
• EU/EEA students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for at least 50% of the internship period.
• Non-EU students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship.
• EU working rights are required (EU citizenship or studying in the Netherlands).

Responsibilities

• Support live import and export customs declarations from data collection to submission.
• Work with customs regimes and rules of origin.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customs error log and compliance analysis.
• Follow up on root causes of customs delays and propose actions to improve customer care.
