Job summary

GRCPerfect in Rotterdam seeks a Customer Success & Implementation Manager to drive global SaaS deployments, build lasting customer relationships and ensure successful go-lives.

You will lead projects with PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum, organise workshops, coordinate data migrations and provide training. You’ll stay the strategic contact post-implementation to maximise value for customers.

Qualifications

• HBO or WO level of education
• Minimum 3 years in SaaS, software implementations or Customer Success
• Experience as Project Manager/Implementation Consultant/CS Manager
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner
• Scrum Master certification preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects using PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum
• Create and manage project plans, scope, risks and milestones
• Organise project kick-offs and workshops
• Analyse customer processes and configure platform
• Configure workflows, templates and roles

As our international business continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Success & Implementation Manager who will be responsible for the successful implementation of our platform for new customers while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

What you bring.

• HBO or WO level of education and thinking
• Minimum 3 years of experience within SaaS, software implementations or Customer Success
• Experience as a Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Manager or a similar role
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
• Scrum Master certification is preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English (mandatory). Applications from candidates who are not fluent in both languages will not be considered
• Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Inside the role.

You are responsible for the complete customer journey after the sales process. From project kick-off through successful go-live, you ensure implementations are delivered according to plan and customers make optimal use of our platform. After implementation, you remain involved as the strategic point of contact for support, adoption and customer success.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Leading implementation projects using PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Creating and managing project plans, scope, risks and milestones
• Organising project kick-offs, workshops and progress sessions
• Analysing customer processes and translating them into an optimal platform configuration
• Configuring workflows, templates, roles and platform settings
• Coordinating data migrations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Delivering administrator and end-user training
• Acting as the primary customer contact during and after implementation
• Coordinating support requests with Product Management and Development
• Monitoring customer satisfaction, platform adoption and customer objectives
• Identifying improvements, expansion opportunities and new customer requirements
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our implementation, support and customer success processes
