Job summary

NORNORM is seeking a Customer Team Coordinator for our Amsterdam office to support the Customer Team with implementations and customer relations. You will assist with flexible services, customer outreach, and daily CRM tasks while helping manage new accounts from end-to-end with a focus on retention and growth.

You are a recent graduate in business, law, hospitality, or spatial design, based in Amsterdam with fluency in Dutch and English (French/Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English is a hard requirement.
• Bachelor-level or higher degree in business, law, hospitality, or spatial design is preferred.
• Recent graduate with strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude.
• Experience or exposure to client-facing roles is a plus.
• Based in Amsterdam or within commuting range; able to work in the Amsterdam office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Team with flexible services and advise on design changes for installed solutions.
• Assist with customer outreach prioritization and mapping the customer portfolio; support outreach activities.
• Handle daily administrative tasks in our CRM systems and keep records up to date.
• Onboard and manage new customer accounts end-to-end, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
