Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, provide accurate support, and resolve product, account and technical issues.

Job description

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300–€1,500*14-months gross/month +bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weekshotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 2 rotative days off.

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
