Job summary

WW Talents in Greece seeks Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki. On-site role with a monthly gross salary of €1,300–€1,500 plus bonuses and a full relocation package.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve product and account issues, and provide clear product information. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2–C1) is required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month +bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project
