Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or MBO+/HBO level
• Experience in a similar role in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Structured, accurate approach and calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
• Proven experience with SAP and strong Excel skills, Dutch and English fluency

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage customer and product data, including new products and accounts
• Maintain daily contact with customers, sales personnel, and internal departments
• Identify, analyze, and resolve customer complaints and operational bottlenecks
• Handle invoicing, credit notes, reporting and related admin duties
• Monitor processes, data quality and CBS reporting compliance
