Job summary

Trinseo is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Eschborn location near Frankfurt am Main, offering hybrid work. You will manage end-to-end order fulfillment, serve as the primary customer contact, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash cycles.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, knowledge of SAP and MS Office, and a strong focus on accuracy and service excellence.

We are looking for a full-time position at our location in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main (hybrid work) as Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate order entry, timely delivery, and excellent customer service throughout the Customer-to-Cash cycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and proactively resolving inquiries, issues, and service-related challenges.
• Coordinate customer demand and product availability, working closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Commercial teams to optimize order fulfillment.
• Support business and sales activities, including customer onboarding, master data management, forecasting support, customer portal administration, and process improvements.
• Utilize SAP and other business systems to manage order processes, ensure compliance with company policies and service standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, International Trade (Import/Export order handling), Sales Administration or Demand & Supply Planning / Distribution resource planning is strongly preferred.
• Strong Customer focus – inquisitive curiosity, an open mind and a desire to succeed.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications and similar technology and systems.
• Good understanding of the overall Order to Cash / End to end work process.
• Differentiate between customer requirements and Trinseo offerings and capabilities: choose the best/cost effective solution.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in team setting while managing independent responsibilities.
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Display accountability, ownership, initiative for action, demonstrate leadership and business acumen to remove road blocks.
