Job summary

CallForTalents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an international online travel platform. You will handle Dutch and English inquiries via email, chat and phone, delivering accurate information and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Remote work is available anywhere in Greece after onboarding in Athens; on-site option in Athens is also available. Training will be provided to align with company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

Remote anywhere in Greece or on-site in Athens. We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. In this role, you will assist customers with their enquiries, provide information and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone;
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner;
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs;
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary;
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction;
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.

Location and Work Model

• Remote: Work from anywhere in Greece after completing the initial onboarding process in Athens, Geeece
• On-site: Work from the company's office in Athens.

Salary

• €1,500 gross per salary payment, paid 14 times per year.
• Equivalent to approximately €1,750 gross per month, averaged over 12 months.

Relocation Support

• Three weeks of hotel accommodation near the office during the initial relocation and training period;
• Financial relocation assistance of up to €300 towards flights or other relocation expenses.
