Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an international online travel platform. You will handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities include multi-channel support in Dutch and English, guiding customers, and escalating complex cases as needed. The role offers both remote work from Greece after onboarding in Athens or on-site at the Athens office.

In this role, you will assist customers with their enquiries, provide information and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone;
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner;
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs;
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary;
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction;
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.

Requirements

Location and Work Model

Choose one of the following options:

• Remote: Work from anywhere in Greece after completing the initial onboarding process in Athens, Geeece
• On-site: Work from the company's office in Athens.

Salary

• €1,500 gross per salary payment, paid 14 times per year.
• Equivalent to approximately €1,750 gross per month, averaged over 12 months.

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating to Athens, the company offers:

• Three weeks of hotel accommodation near the office during the initial relocation and training period;
• Financial relocation assistance of up to €300 towards flights or other relocation expenses.
