Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Quality Engineering, Customer Quality or Supplier Quality role.
• Experience within high-tech manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, automotive or medical industries.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and preferably IATF 16949.
• Experience with quality tools including 8D, FMEA, PPAP and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer complaints and quality incidents.
• Coordinating root cause analyses and corrective actions using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA and PPAP.
• Leading discussions with customers regarding quality performance and improvement initiatives.
• Conducting and supporting customer audits.
• Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction through Voice of the Customer activities.
• Supporting quality-related aspects during customer contract reviews and negotiations.
• Developing and implementing customer-focused quality improvement plans.
• Managing deviation requests and customer notifications during production.
• Ensuring customer quality requirements are translated into operational processes during RFQ and project phases.
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
