Job summary

Parfumado is seeking a Customer Happiness & Communication Intern to be the first voice for customers, guiding them and turning questions into engaging conversations. The role blends in-office and remote work in Amsterdam, with a friendly team focused on creating memorable experiences.

Fresh HBO/WO students in Business Administration or related fields will thrive here, with a 10-week to 5-month voluntary internship and a €450 monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in an HBO/WO programme in Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, Communication, or a related field.
• You’re available to start in October or November.
• You have a strong affinity with communication and customer satisfaction.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and fluent English.
• You are looking for a (voluntary) internship of 10 weeks up to 5 months

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first voice for customers and guide them to answers.
• You listen, understand, and turn questions into conversations.
• You help customers discover and leave with a smile.

This is what we look for in our ideal Customer Happiness & Communication Intern

• You are currently enrolled in an HBO/WO programme in Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, Communication, or a similar field;

• You’re available to start in October or November (earlier or later? We’re open to discuss);

• You have a strong affinity with communication and customer satisfaction;

• You speak and write fluent, error-free Dutch;

• You speak fluent English; French/Flemish is a plus;

• You are looking for a (voluntary) internship of 10 weeks up to 5 months
