ING Nederland invites you to an internship with the Retail Contact Centre, focusing on shaping the Customer Experience Centre (CEC) while learning the role of a Customer Journey Expert. You will translate research into practical recommendations and work with ING teams to reduce friction in customer journeys.

Throughout the internship you’ll analyze customer behavior, participate in cross-functional projects, and gain hands-on experience within a large international bank.

Formación

• Pursuing a BA or MA in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Innovation Management, Data Science, Marketing, Customer Experience or Organizational Sciences.
• Interested in customer experience, journeys, digital transformation, and innovation.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn; comfortable engaging with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Map customer contact drivers and frictions.
• Identify opportunities to improve journeys and reduce contacts.
• Develop recommendations to translate insights into initiatives.
• Explore how to measure customer experience, efficiency and impact.
• Support stakeholders in defining future vision and operating model for the CEC.
