EFOR in Leiden is seeking a CTOP Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of contractor turnovers, guiding a dedicated team from document collection through to handover and final delivery. The role ensures smooth integration and alignment with project requirements.

You will develop procedures, supervise engagement and approvals, and ensure compliance with client expectations and regulatory standards, working closely with construction, engineering, and quality teams.
