Introduction Would you like to use your Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise to deliver visible improvements across an international business school? We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our CRM team on a temporary basis and help strengthen the digital processes that support marketing, sales, programme management, participant services and finance. You will work in an informal, collaborative environment with short communication lines and the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work. By improving the systems and processes that support colleagues and participants, you will contribute to RSM's mission to be a force for positive change.

Job description In this temporary role, you will deliver a focused portfolio of CRM and digital improvement initiatives, taking selected work from analysis through implementation, testing and handover. The exact portfolio will be matched to your expertise and may include CRM optimisation, digital marketing and sales improvements, broader business process enhancements, documentation and user enablement, integrations, reporting or supporting the further development of our participant portal. Our CRM team manages and develops RSM's Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and related Power Platform solutions. The team supports colleagues in their day-to-day use of these systems, resolves technical and process-related issues, delivers change requests and works closely with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to continuously improve our digital landscape.
