Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Client Support Officer Credit Control to maintain collateral and covenant administration and support credit risk processes for Wholesale clients. You will collaborate with Credit Analysts, Relationship Managers and Mid Office teams to ensure accurate registrations, monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education or university-level thinking and working capability.
• Professional experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Affinity with legal matters or legal knowledge.
• At least 1 year of customer support or client-facing experience.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure collateral and covenant administration is accurate and recorded in Rabobank systems.
• Act as the connection between front-office and back-office stakeholders through timely information sharing.
• Monitor, provide and calculate information supporting daily/monthly insights into client positions and covenant performance.
• Serve as a single point of contact for internal stakeholders on process-related matters and resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to process improvements, system implementations and data-quality initiatives.
