Job summary

GoSpooky in Amsterdam is seeking a Project Management Intern to join the operations team and work closely with the Medior Project Manager on live productions. You will help manage shoots, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality content.

The role offers hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, with mentorship, a six-month horizon, and a chance to move into a junior role. 500€ monthly internship stipend is provided.

The Role

As a Project Management Intern, you will become an integral part of the operational team within one of our Units. Working closely with the Medior Project Manager, you will help run the unit with an agency mindset driving client satisfaction, supporting the delivery of high-quality productions, and contributing to a collaborative and energetic team culture.

In this role, you will assist in coordinating and managing a wide range of productions, from small-scale shoots to large-scale projects with budgets exceeding €150K. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle, including planning shoots, supporting budget management, preparing client and internal meetings, and coordinating cross‑functional teams. You will also develop strong organisational and multitasking skills while working with project management tools such as Airtable, ensuring clear oversight across multiple concurrent projects.

What you’ll do

• Support Project Managers with daily operational and production tasks
• Take ownership of small but essential production tasks such as sending packages, handling traffic requests, and coordinating logistics for creators
• Assist in the organisation and execution of shoots, ensuring all operational details are prepared and in place
• Source and coordinate models, locations, and other production requirements to support smooth project delivery
• Prepare meetings, create agendas, and ensure clear follow‑ups and reporting after internal and external discussions
• Support the coordination of key client accounts by ensuring timely execution of operational requests
• Help maintain project flow and continuity, particularly supporting the team on days when workload is high or when key team members are unavailable

What we’re looking for

• Based in the Netherlands, enrolled in a university in the EU (throughout the entire internship period), and in possession of a Dutch BSN
• Available 40 hours per week, and happy to join us in the Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week, and available for a six‑month period
• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
• You are a well‑organized multitasker, a team player, stress‑resistant, creative, and always eager to learn
• You have an affinity for social media and a solid understanding of digital culture and trends
• You have an understanding of finance and are eager to improve your skills in this area
• You are interested to learn how to create schedules and ensure they are followed
• You quickly adapt to and master new project management tools
• Strong communication skills are essential

The starting date of the internship will be as soon as possible. This is a six-month internship, with the potential to transition into a junior role. The remuneration package for the internship is 500€ per month based on full time.
