Job summary

OLIVER | The Brandtech Group in Amsterdam seeks a Creative Operations & Delivery Lead to bridge technical teams, new business and support in delivering business objectives.

Supported by the Commercial and Implementation team, you will lead efforts in new client pitches/setups, analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement technology solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in solution design and process optimisation.
• Experience in advertising, creative agency, or digital content ops.
• Fluency in German or French.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to lead pitches and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client pitches and ensure smooth transitions to implementation.
• Analyse processes and design scalable solutions aligned with strategy.
• Create commercial models and workflows for client accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Tech and Business.
