Job summary

Carbon Equity in Amsterdam is seeking a Content Manager / Creative to join the marketing team. You will craft content that resonates with our audience, support climate investing stories, and grow our community.

You will manage various projects end-to-end, write authentic copy, produce video/audio content, and collaborate with external freelancers when needed. We value curiosity about finance, technology, and climate, plus a hands-on, autonomous approach in a fast-moving scale-up, with a hybrid

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a creative or content role.
• Curious about investing, finance and technology.
• Able to translate insights into engaging stories.
• Dutch language skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Write authentic, human copy and content - with AI support where it adds value
• Produce video and audio content, coordinating external freelancers where needed
• Manage projects and stakeholders from idea through final delivery
• Contribute to and execute on the creative strategy and brand direction
• Research markets and customers to deeply understand what moves them
• Create content across social channels, newsletters, webinars, campaigns, and more
• Support sales, product launches, events, and website updates

The Role & Responsibilities

We're looking for a creative storyteller who can make fund investing feel accessible, exciting, and trustworthy. Your content will inspire people to take the next step in their climate investing journey. While content creation is the core of this role, the scope is broad and cross-functional.

What You'll Do

• Write authentic, human copy and content - with support from AI tools where it adds value
• Produce video and audio content, coordinating external freelancers where needed
• Manage projects and stakeholders from first idea through to final delivery
• Contribute to and execute on the creative strategy and brand direction
• Research the market and our customers to deeply understand what moves them
• Create content across social channels, our impact newsletter, webinars, campaigns, and more
• Support sales, product launches, events, and website updates

Who You Are

• Genuinely curious about the world of investing, finance, and new technology
• A creative mind that can translate insights and complex ideas into compelling stories
• Pragmatic and hands-on - you don't just ideate, you produce
• A strong collaborator who manages stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Comfortable with ownership, iteration, and working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Familiar with generative AI tools and how to use them thoughtfully
• 4-6 years of experience in a creative or content role
• Bonus: Dutch language skills and/or experience at a fast-moving scale-up
• Bonus: Demonstrated passion for climate or climate tech
