Job summary

UnFoldMart is seeking a Country Manager to lead the Netherlands operation, owning revenue, clients, team and reputation. Hybrid work, Amsterdam or Rijswijk, with a strong track record in Dutch markets and 8+ years in agencies or B2B services.

You will drive growth with the CEO DACH, win new logos, manage local teams, and build strategic partnerships while ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in agencies, consultancies or B2B services, including leading a team or a business unit.
• Track record of winning and growing clients in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the country growth plan with the CEO DACH.
• Win new logos and grow existing accounts across branding, packaging, web, performance marketing and SEO, AEO and GEO.
• Decide where we lead in the Dutch market and how we stand out from local agencies.

The Netherlands is one of Europe's most digital, design-literate markets, and one of our most promising. We already have an office in Rijswijk and clients in the Benelux. Now we need the leader who turns that foothold into a real business.

As Country Manager, you'll own UnFoldMart in the Netherlands: the clients, the revenue, the team and the reputation. Think of it as running your own agency, with an international studio and an established brand behind you.

What you will own

• Revenue. Set and deliver the country growth plan with the CEO DACH
• Clients. Win new logos and grow existing accounts across branding, packaging, web, performance marketing and SEO, AEO and GEO
• Positioning. Decide where we lead in the Dutch market and how we stand out from local agencies
• The team. Hire and lead account managers, business development and local specialists as the country grows
• Partnerships. Build relationships with tech partners, platforms and industry networks
• Operations. Pricing, forecasting, delivery quality and client satisfaction in the Netherlands

Your first 90 days

• Days 1 to 30: Meet every Benelux client, map the 100 Dutch accounts worth winning
• Days 31 to 60: First pitches from your network and a 12-month country plan agreed
• Days 61 to 90: First new client signed and first local hire underway

You will thrive here if you

• Have 8+ years in agencies, consultancies or B2B services, including leading a team or a business unit
• Have a track record of winning and growing clients in the Netherlands
• Speak Dutch and English fluently
• Enjoy building: from a small base to a team, a pipeline and a brand
• Are as comfortable in a client pitch as in a spreadsheet

Bonus points: Benelux-wide experience, D2C, FMCG, SaaS or tech clients, experience working with offshore delivery teams.

What you get

• €85,000 to €110,000 gross base per year, plus a 20 to 30% bonus on country revenue and the 8% holiday allowance
