Job summary

Finst is seeking an ambitious Country Manager for France to lead the company’s expansion into the French market from Amsterdam, owning the go-to-market strategy, partnerships, PR and growth initiatives. Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy for France with full local growth responsibility.
• Act as regional ambassador, representing Finst at events, conferences and community gatherings.
• Develop and manage partnerships with affiliates, media, influencers, and strategic players to accelerate client acquisition.
• Build and maintain PR relationships to secure media exposure and strengthen brand credibility.
• Work with marketing, product, compliance, and operations to localize offerings and ensure top customer experience for French/Belgian clients.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead regional marketing and growth initiatives with central teams to resonate locally.
• Provide regular KPIs and growth insights to senior leadership.

Finst is seeking an ambitious Country Manager for France to lead the company's expansion into the French market, owning go-to-market strategy, partnerships, PR, and growth initiatives. After becoming one of the largest crypto platforms in The Netherlands, we are now launching our services across all main European markets. As part of this international expansion, France and Belgium are strategic priority markets for Finst.

To lead this next growth chapter, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Country Manager France, who will become the face of Finst in the country. You will own the market’s performance end-to-end: from building strong partnerships and driving local adoption, to shaping our brand presence, PR efforts, and community engagement.

Your daily adventures will include

• Owning and executing Finst’s go-to-market strategy on the French market, with full responsibility for local growth and performance.
• Acting as the regional ambassador and public face of Finst, representing the company at key industry events, conferences, and community gatherings.
• Developing and managing strong partnerships with local affiliates, fintech ecosystems, media, influencers, and strategic players to accelerate client acquisition.
• Building and maintaining PR relationships in the region, securing high-quality media exposure and strengthening brand credibility.
• Working closely with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance, operations) to localize our offering and ensure a best-in-class customer experience for French/Belgian clients.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Driving regional marketing and growth initiatives together with central teams, ensuring campaigns resonate locally.
• Providing regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership, including KPIs, growth levers, and expansion opportunities.
• Scaling local operations over time, with the potential to build and lead a dedicated French team.

What you’ll need to be successful

• Fluent in English and French (native-level French is required)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing European fintech, crypto, or regulated tech company
• Strong network and proven ability to build partnerships and brand presence in the French market
• Bachelor or Master’s degree from a top tier university, with a focus on business, marketing, economics, communication or other relevant field
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the crypto and financial services industry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both externally (partners, media) and internally (HQ teams)
• Track record of driving growth and owning market-level performance in a start-up/scale-up environment
• Comfort working in regulated industries, with strong awareness of compliance and local market requirements
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you roll up your sleeves, get things done, dream big and adapt easily
• Enthusiastic, result-driven, resilient, reliable, hands-on, hungry for success, team and solution-oriented
