Job summary

UCB in the Netherlands is seeking a Medical Solution Lead Dermatology NL to translate medical strategy into practical solutions for patients with dermatological conditions. You will shape the local medical plan for the Netherlands and enable its thoughtful implementation across cross-functional teams.

You will adapt global medical content to local needs, collaborate with medical, marketing, market access, and regulatory colleagues, and ensure materials are scientifically accurate and compliant

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in immunology, life sciences, or related field.
• Clear communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience in a strategic Medical Affairs role within the local pharmaceutical environment; Launch experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adapt global medical solutions using local insights and available resources.
• Partner with external stakeholders on key projects that will drive meaningful patient value
• You will own collaborative medical initiatives, improving patient outcomes through timely, responsible delivery.
• Ensure materials remain compliant, scientifically accurate, and regularly updated.
• Partner with the Marketing Solution Lead to maintain high scientific standards.
• Provide scientific expertise for national and regional access initiatives.
