EMEA Recruitment is supporting a leading international professional services organization in its search for an Interim Corporate Services Lawyer to join its team in the Randstad region.

This hands-on interim role focuses on corporate governance, transactional and regulatory matters for an international client portfolio, delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice within a regulated environment. Fluent English is essential, with Dutch language skills advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' relevant legal experience
• Strong background in corporate and commercial law
• Experience advising international clients or businesses
• Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous
• Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory matters
• Experience with Dutch corporate law and commercial contracts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to provide practical and commercially focused legal advice
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Fluent English is essential; Dutch language skills would be advantageous
• Must already have the relevant right-to-work/permits

Responsibilities

• Advise international clients on a broad range of corporate governance, transactional and compliance matters
• Provide legal support across corporate structures and legal entities
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documentation
• Support clients with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with clients, senior stakeholders, relationship managers and internal legal colleagues
• Provide practical legal advice on day-to-day client matters
• Support the business with regulatory developments and compliance requirements
• Build strong relationships with international clients and key stakeholders
• Help manage complex legal matters across a diverse portfolio of clients

Key responsibilities of the Corporate Services Lawyer:

• Advise international clients on a broad range of corporate governance, transactional and compliance matters
• Provide legal support across corporate structures and legal entities
