Job summary

Arvato zoekt een Drivers Desk Coordinator in Echt om de logistieke operatie te ondersteunen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, het logistieke team en vervoerspartners en zorgt voor tijdige documentenafhandeling en correcte dock-allocaties.

Jouw organisatievermogen houdt de dagelijkse goederenstroom in beweging. Je combineert administratieve taken met communicatie en coördinatie in een dynamische omgeving.

Qualifications

• Administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur in logistiek.
• Goed met Microsoft Office en Excel.
• Duidelijke en zelfverzekerde communicatie.
• Spreekt zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• Nauwkeurig werken en oog voor detail.
• Initiatief nemen en oplossingsgericht.
• Flexibel en bereid in shifts te werken.
• Duits en/of Pools is een voordeel, maar geen vereiste.

Responsibilities

• Verwelkomen en registreren van aankomend chauffeurs.
• Verwerken van transportdocumenten en administratieve taken.
• Nieuwe docks toewijzen aan chauffeurs en coördineren met de Traffic-, Warehouse- en Security-teams.
• Toezicht houden op naleving van veiligheidsprocedures.
• Signaleren en registreren van operationele afwijkingen.
• Ondersteunen van logistieke operationele werkzaamheden waar nodig.

From welcoming drivers and processing transport documents to coordinating dock assignments and supporting operational teams, you'll play an essential role in the daily flow of goods through our warehouse. • Have administrative experience, ideally within logistics.

• Are flexible and willing to work in shifts.
• German and/or Polish language skills are an advantage, but not essential.

Functieomschrijving

As a Drivers Desk Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operation. Every day, you make sure drivers, warehouse teams, and transport schedules stay connected, helping goods move efficiently and safely through our warehouse. You'll welcome drivers, process transport documentation, coordinate dock assignments, and work closely with departments such as Traffic and Security. Thanks to your organizational skills and attention to detail, daily operations run smoothly and any issues are quickly identified and resolved.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and registering arriving drivers.
• Processing transport documentation and administrative tasks.
• Directing drivers to the correct loading and unloading docks.
• Communicating with Traffic, Warehouse, and Security teams.
• Monitoring compliance with safety procedures.
• Checking and registering truck and container seals.
• Identifying and reporting operational irregularities.
• Supporting logistics operations where needed.

Working Hours

To keep our operation running smoothly, you will work in one of the following shifts:

• 06:00 - 15:00
• 08:00 - 17:00
• 15:00 - 00:00
