Job summary

Arvato in Echt zoekt een Drivers Desk Coordinator voor een gevarieerde logistieke en administratieve rol met volop groeikansen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vrachtwagenchauffeurs bij aankomst en vertrek uit het magazijn en draagt bij aan een soepele operatie.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 1–2 jaar administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur in logistiek.
• Vaardig in Microsoft Office en Excel.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
• Kennis van Duits en/of Pools is een pré.
• Nauwkeurig en detailgericht werken.
• In staat om onder druk kalm te blijven.
• Flexibel inzetbaar voor ploegendiensten.

• Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within logistics
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Good communication skills
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Knowledge of German and/or Polish is a plus
• Accurate and detail-oriented way of working
• Ability to remain calm in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts

What will you do?

As a Drivers Desk Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for truck drivers arriving at and leaving the warehouse.
