Contract Operations Manager, Benelux, UK & Nordics

As Contract Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind high-quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contracts with our service partners and contractors across all Milence hubs.

Reporting to the Network Operations Lead, your work ensures our amenities, chargers, facilities, and security systems operate seamlessly delivering a smooth experience for every customer.

Your responsibilities include

• Identifying, engaging, and securing contractors and service partners for Milence hubs across Benelux, UK & Nordics, focusing on both regional and domain-specific needs.
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and performance monitoring.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, acting as the main point of contact for all contract-related matter.
• Monitoring and auditing the quality and performance of third-party service partners, ensuring high standards and reliable operations.
• Drafting and sending RFQs, negotiating contract terms, onboarding new suppliers, and setting up effective communication channels.
• Advising on OPEX costs per hub/region and collaborating with Finance, Projects, Technology, IT, and Legal teams.
• Continuously evaluating and improving SLAs to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Maintaining thorough records and documentation for all contracts and supplier interactions.
• Developing templates for supplier performance evaluation and emergency services.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in contract management, with a deep understanding of contract structures and terms.
• You have a proven track record in identifying and negotiating with contractors/service providers in EV charging, construction, utilities, or similar industries.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• You have experience in onboarding reliable service providers and ensuring quality results.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• You are energetic, positive, and skilled at building informal connections.
