Aramco Europe, headquartered in The Hague, is seeking a Contract Manager & Administrator to own the full contract lifecycle for contracts managed by CMAG. You will oversee work order management, invoices, performance monitoring, records management, and closeout, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong English, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP.

The Contract Manager & Administrator is responsible for managing and administering contracts procured and overseen by Aramco Europe on behalf of SAO and other affiliates. This includes ownership of contracts handed over to the Contract Management & Administration Group (CMAG) by the Services Procurement Unit, ensuring execution in accordance with agreed terms, and providing regular progress reporting to the Proponent. The role maintains oversight of contract execution, contractor performance, cost compliance, stakeholder communication, and accurate documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
The Contract Manager & Administrator is accountable for the full contract administration lifecycle, including work order/release purchase order management, invoice processing, performance monitoring, records management, support in claims handling, and contract closeout. The role also serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, on all matters related to contract administration.
