Job summary

Pod Talent is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for the EMEA region. The role is an individual contributor position that works closely with the Manufacturing leadership team and the Global Continuous Improvement organisation.

The candidate will be comfortable on the shop floor and presenting to executive leadership. Preferred candidates will have strong Lean-based experience and an industry background in assembly/parts production, with excellent communication skills capable of functioning in

Job description

Happy to be working again with one of our industrial customers who are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead for the EMEA region. This role is an individual contributor position, working closely with the Manufacturing leadership team as well as the wider Global Continuous Improvement organisation.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating on the shop floor as well as presenting to executive leadership. As a business grown through acquisition there are varying levels of maturity across the organisation requiring a hands on approach and a pragmatic view on what is required in each location.

Preferred background:

• Strong working knowledge of Lean based methodologies with track record delivering improvements in industrial environment
• Industry background in assembly and parts production would be helpful
• Excellent communication skills, able to work in a matrix environment
• Ability to travel across Europe as required

Ideally this role would be based in Rotterdam, although we could also consider the UK for the right candidate. Valid right to work in the EU is a prerequisite.
