Job summary

DBA-Verwaltungs-Gmbh is seeking an Interim CI Execution Manager Europe to drive continuous improvement across the UK manufacturing network. This role is pivotal in delivering the global Delta transformation programme, requiring strong analytical skills and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Lean and Six Sigma, along with effective stakeholder management. This position offers substantial growth opportunities and the chance to influence performance at a European scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering or Continuous Improvement.
• Proven experience in multi-site transformation programmes.
• Experience in project and programme management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute Manufacturing workstream within the Delta program.
• Develop Lean leadership within Operations.
• Track and validate financial impact and productivity improvements.
