Job summary

Dekmantel is seeking a Content & Community Manager to craft stories around the brand across festivals, label, and artists. You’ll publish content on social media and on our website, working with designers, photographers, and external partners, while tracking performance and balancing commercial and creative directions.

You’ll coordinate with the media team during festivals and help build online and offline communities, translating Dekmantel’s identity into engaging content in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Translate Dekmantel’s identity into social media content.
• Proven work experience in content creation within the creative industry.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong planning, organizing and overview maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.
• Expert with Creative software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with CMS and CRM systems.
• Available full-time around festival periods.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content on social media and our website.
• Collaborate with designers, artists and agencies; coordinate during festivals.
• Monitor performance; analyze reach and engagement to balance commercial and creative directions.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, writers, and other content creators during festivals.
