Sopra Steria is seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Consultant to drive innovation across customer operations in a cross-border OptimAI team based in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives, build client-ready scenarios, and mentor teams across diverse projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, technical fluency, and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements via AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Tech-savvy with a strong affinity for technology and digital solutions; IT background is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives using advanced optimization and AI tools.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop demonstration scenarios and proofs of concepts for clients.
• Contribute to the OptimAI community and support team growth.
• Work with a team using various supply chain software solutions.

Contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives using advancedoptimization andAI tools and innovative methodologies.

Build and nurture strong relationships withinternal and external stakeholders.

Develop compelling demonstration scenarios and proof of concepts toshowcasethe value of optimization and AI tools to prospective clients.

Contribute to theOptimAIcommunity, sharingexpertiseand supporting team growth.

Work together in a team environment, using different supply chain software solutions.

Combine deep contentexpertisewith an entrepreneurial spirit toidentifynew opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or university degree - ideally in econometrics, applied economics, mathematics, commercial sciences, civil engineering, or commercial engineering

At least5years of relevant work experience in a similar position

Tech-savvy with a strong affinity for technology and digital solutions; previous experience in the IT sector or an IT-related background is considered a plus

Strong communicationskills and proven analytical problem-solving ability

Experienceinmentoring and collaborating within diverse, customer-centric teams

Currentlyresidingin the Netherlands andpreviousprofessional experience in the country

Experience inadvanced supply chain optimization platforms

Experience with DELMIA Quintiq or More Optimalis considered a plus

Fluent in both English and Dutch
