Job summary

TSL is seeking an Environmental and Sustainability Manager in the Netherlands to lead the deployment of the Environmental Management System on project sites, ensuring compliance with planning conditions and permits. You will coordinate subcontractors, embed environmental requirements into site operations, drive data integrity and continuous improvement, and report on KPI performance to project leadership.

The role requires a relevant ESG qualification, at least five years in construction

Qualifications

• A degree in environment / sustainability is required.
• CSCS card or regional equivalent is required.
• ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of construction environmental management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate environmental compliance on site with project teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain EMS aligned with ISO 14001.
• Produce weekly and monthly environmental performance reports.
• Review RAMS and mitigate environmental risks.
• Ensure document control and audit readiness.
