Job summary

The Project QA/QC Manager at Sisk Group oversees quality assurance and control on site, ensuring compliance with project standards and timely handover to stakeholders. With at least five years in QA/QC on construction or engineering projects, you will lead site quality activities, manage documentation, deliver training, and promote quality practices across the project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC roles within construction or engineering projects.
• Proven leadership in managing site quality activities and installation processes.
• Experience with quality management in DC projects and sustainability/health & safety awareness.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and related quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote the quality message on site.
• Manage site quality activities and installation processes to meet project requirements and customer deliverables.
• Act as the link between works on site and Site Management to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Prepare benchmarks in line with technical submittals and contract requirements for client review.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of quality documentation for installation and handover.
• Drive implementation of Sisk management systems across the project.
• Deliver training on quality systems and best practices.
