Job summary

Sisk Group, a family-owned international construction company, seeks a Quality Manager in the Netherlands to oversee QA/QC on projects, focusing on site quality and installation processes. You will ensure compliance with project standards, manage documentation, and support handover to stakeholders.

Lead training on quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with on-site teams to deliver outcomes that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/QC roles within construction/engineering projects.
• Proven record in quality management of DC projects at a manager level.
• Experience and understanding of quality issues within construction; knowledge of safety and sustainability beneficial.
• Auditor training to ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality activities and installation processes to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with Site Management to address customer requirements via management systems.
• Prepare and submit quality documentation for installation and handover on time.
• Drive compliance with Sisk quality management systems across the project.
• Provide training and guidance on quality systems to staff.
