Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an MEP Quality Manager to join our Data Centre team in the Netherlands. The role focuses on QA/QC on site, installation processes, and ensuring full compliance with project standards. You will manage quality documentation, support handovers, and promote Sisk quality systems across the project.

You will train staff, lead quality reviews, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with site teams to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC on construction or engineering projects.
• Proven DC project QA/QC management at a senior level.
• Experience leading site quality activities and installation processes.
• Understanding of sustainability and health & safety is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site quality activities and installation processes to meet project requirements.
• Promote and train staff on Sisk quality systems and best practices.
• Coordinate quality data collection, documentation, and handover readiness.
• Drive compliance with Sisk management systems across the project.
• Report on quality performance and identify improvements.
• Induct new staff into company processes and conduct training for suppliers.
