Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) Europe is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects across Europe from inception to handover. Youll own budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires travel across Europe and multilingual capabilities (English plus French/Dutch/Danish/Swedish) to collaborate with architects, engineers and regional PMOs in a dynamic, high-performance

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Construction Project Delivery leadership role with proven on-time, on-budget results.
• Strong knowledge of EU health & safety regulations across multiple countries (NL, FR, DK, BE, SE).
• Experience with diverse project types: greenfield, refurbishments, asset replacement, developer-led.

Job title: Construction Project Manager – Netherlands

The team

This role is a key part of the Global REFM (Real Estate & Facilities Management) team, reporting to the Senior Construction Project Manager. You will be instrumental in delivering the strategic agenda for Mars Petcare's 2030 goals. You'll work in a dynamic environment, covering the North West Europe region (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway) and collaborating closely with architects, engineers, the Senior Cost and Programme Manager, and Regional PMO teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years in a Construction Project Delivery leadership role with proven success in delivering projects on time and to budget.
• Strong knowledge of EU, French, Danish, Dutch, Belgian, and Swedish construction health and safety legislation.
• Experience with diverse project types, including developer-led projects, greenfield, refurbishments, and asset replacement roll-outs.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as required for project success.
• Nice to have: Pan-European project scope experience and multilingual skills (especially English + French / Dutch / Danish / Swedish) are strong assets.
