Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam is seeking a Concierge who can welcome guests with elegance and anticipation. You will assist arrivals and departures and delight guests with personalized recommendations, drawing on a network across Amsterdam to craft unforgettable experiences.

• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Is motivated, social, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Has strong communication skills and remains calm, confident, and professional in challenging situations.
• Has experience in luxury hospitality and is enthusiastic about developing a career as a Concierge.
• Has a business-level command of English. Dutch, French, and other languages are a plus.
• Has a highly flexible mindset and is available to work a rotating schedule, including morning and evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Holds a valid driving licence (category B).
