Job summary

ASML is seeking a Communications Project Manager to lead global communications initiatives from its Veldhoven hub. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, manage executive stakeholders, and drive the delivery of strategic communications programs with transparent status reporting.

You will play a key role in maturing the comms function within Strategy, Insights & Operations and ensure alignment with ASML's global objectives.

Qualifications

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience in communications program or project management.
• Over 10 years of work experience in a corporate environment.
• Advanced English language skills at C1 level or higher.

The ASML Communications team helps ASML to engage with its key audiences to build understanding and trust. We are a global team with colleagues on three continents, in all of ASML’s major locations. By employing our experience and expertise, we enable the company to operate, to grow and to adapt; to strengthen ASML’s reputation; and to empower more of our leaders to communicate. We are looking for an experienced communications project manager to lead various complex projects in our communications domain. As a project manager, you will be part of the Strategy, Insights & Operations (SIO) team.

The communications project manager role:

• As a key facilitator to our internal communications stakeholders, you manage multiple projects and/or workstreams with differences in timelines, impact, resources, and complexity. Projects typically require exceptional stakeholder management (incl executive stakeholders across sectors), which requires understanding of the business and influences of the communications function.
• As a project manager, you own the delivery of the results, have a clear plan and transparently report on status, progress and performance. You understand and apply industry standards for project management (adapted to the comms function) and effectively lead others on the project. Project timeline typically 6-16 months. Resources generally 2-8 FTE across communications, ASML and suppliers.
• You are a result-oriented leader with a flexible style that works effectively with a wide variety of styles & (organizational) cultures: sharp on the content, soft on the person.
• You build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including regional communications colleagues, internal customers and external partners to ensure successful program delivery. As a senior, you support and coach junior colleagues.
• As a SIO team member, you play an active role in furthering the maturity of our comms function through improvement & change projects on the topics of Strategy, Insights, Operations and Governance. You have expert process and organizational knowledge to make (process) decisions on critical moments in the project, as well to help our function further mature.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A fixed-term contract with Randstad Professional for the duration of the assignment.
• Duration: 1st March 2027 - 1st March 2029 (duration 24 months).
• A gross monthly salary of € 7.046,- based on a 40-hour workweek.
• Hours: 40 hours a week.
• Location: Veldhoven (hybrid - 3 á 4 days in the office).
• A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 10,66 % of your salary that you can deploy flexibly.
• 25 holiday days; 5 days are included in the IKB budget.
• A solid travel allowance; an NS Business Card or € 0.23 per kilometer.
