Job summary

CBRE in Hilversum is seeking a Communications Specialist to turn ideas into compelling stories, creating content across digital, print and presentations while supporting key business initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop communications assets, ensure brand tone and quality, and shape employee and client experiences through engaging campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in communications or related field.
• 2–5 years in communications or marketing roles.
• Fluent English and intermediate Dutch.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messages.
• Experience creating content for digital, print and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office; CMS/intranet experience a plus.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Communications, Internal Communications, Marketing Communications or a similar role.
• Fluent English and intermediate Dutch level
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Experience developing content for digital, print and presentation-based communications.
• The ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging and impactful communications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel; experience with design, intranet or content management tools is advantageous.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• A creative, proactive and detail-oriented approach, combined with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement.
