Job summary

Caely Renewables is hiring a junior Mid-office Specialist to support day‑to‑day trade operations in a dynamic commodity trading environment. You will handle onboarding, contract preparation, payments, and data management while coordinating with front-office and finance to ensure a smooth workflow.

The role offers exposure to back-office processes and a path to assume greater responsibility as the mid-office IT system evolves.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience in a back office or administrative role
Higher education
Fluent in English
Collaborator with a proactive approach and can‑do mindset
Detail oriented, focused on quality
Curious and willing to take part in improvements
Comfortable giving and asking for feedback to improve

Responsibilities

Onboard counterparties (KYC/AML) and maintain client profiles
Prepare, validate, and manage trade contracts for accurate documentation
Handle payments and administrate data in internal systems
Coordinate with front-office and finance for smooth workflow and timely issue resolution
Contribute to ongoing improvements in daily processes
Support the development of a mid-office IT system
