Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven Insights Specialist for the Wonen domain in the Netherlands. You will blend data, business knowledge and analytics to create commercial insights that inform decisions.

Responsibilities include analyzing mortgage sales funnels, building dashboards, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders, while collaborating with Data & Insights teams to drive data-driven improvements in the Wonen domain.

Qualifications

• Experience developing insights that drive commercial decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex questions into concrete recommendations.
• Proficient with Python, SQL, PySpark, Power BI, and Databricks.
• Ability to connect business questions with data solutions and engage stakeholders.
• Clear communication in Dutch and English; analytical and curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial insights for the Wonen domain by combining data, business knowledge, and analytics.
• Investigate mortgage sales funnels and analyze customer and market developments.
• Develop dashboards showing commercial team performance.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and support improvements in commercial results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Data & Insights colleagues.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve commercial performance.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and data-driven working within the Wonen domain.
