Job summary

Danone is seeking a Commercial Excellence Intern – Tender Management in our Rijswijk office to support tender opportunities across international markets. You will work closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to learn how opportunities are evaluated, approved and followed up.

The role requires enrollment as a bachelor’s or master’s student in economics, business, or marketing, a Netherlands residency with a BSN, and availability starting November 2026 for at least six months, four

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers and the Commercial Excellence team in preparing business cases for new tender opportunities.
• Collect, validate and consolidate commercial, financial and operational information for evaluations.
• Assist with pricing, margin and scenario analyses and tender documentation requests.
• Coordinate tender documentation with internal stakeholders and ensure timely submission.
• Support the monthly IBP Tender Update and track ongoing/future tender opportunities.
