Maxi-Cosi is seeking a Junior Commercial Excellence Specialist to bridge shopfloor insights with commercial teams across Europe, focusing on Retail Execution and NPIs. Based in Helmond, you will translate data into actionable in-store improvements.

You will create dashboards in Power BI, support sales execution, ensure data quality in Salesforce, and collaborate with local markets to improve assortment, availability and launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, commercial support, or sales operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with MS Office; experience with Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).

Responsabilités

• Translate commercial needs into reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Support structured sales execution through accurate data, clear processes, and follow-up.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across retail execution and reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce).
• Support sales teams with insights on assortment, availability, and in-store performance.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in retail execution and drive follow-up with local markets.
• Analyze dashboards and field sales data to translate insights into concrete actions.
• Track NPIs across European markets.
• Support countries in building accurate NPI forecasts based on historical data and trends.
• Drive continuous improvement in retail execution and launch performance.
