Job summary

Yusen Logistics is offering an internship in its Corporate Sustainability team in the Netherlands. You will support the Green Solutions workstream by researching customer sustainability strategies, assisting with proposals, and creating sales materials to accelerate decarbonisation projects.

You will collaborate with sustainability and commercial colleagues, develop a Sustainability Profile Database, compile case studies, and build a Green Solutions Knowledge Hub while gaining hands-on

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s programme in Business Analytics, Sustainability, Business management, Economic, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interested in sustainability, customer engagement and commercial development.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of sustainability, carbon accounting or sustainability reporting is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and international environment.
• Fluent in English.

• Events & Stakeholder Support: Provide support for conferences, webinars and other customer engagement activities.

Green Solutions is Yusen's sustainability and decarbonisation programme, supporting customers through low-carbon transport solutions such as SAF, HVO, RECs and carbon insetting, while helping them navigate sustainability requirements including CSRD, CBAM and other emerging regulations. Role Overview

We are offering an internship opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join Yusen's Corporate Sustainability team and support the growth of Green Solutions. In this role, you will help customers understand and accelerate their sustainability ambitions by supporting the development of low-carbon logistics solutions such as Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and carbon insetting programmes. You will work closely with sustainability and commercial colleagues to research customer sustainability strategies, support customer proposals, create sales materials and document successful customer projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sustainable logistics, customer engagement and the commercial development of Green Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Currently enrolled in a MBA or Master's programme in Business Analytics, Sustainability, Business management, Economic, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Interested in sustainability, customer engagement and commercial development
• Experience with Microsoft package, especially PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of sustainability, carbon accounting or sustainability reporting is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and international environment
• Fluent in English.
