Job summary

Lyra Health in Utrecht (Netherlands) invites a coach/counsellor/psychologist to be the first point of contact for clients. You will conduct inspiring conversations and, when needed, coordinate referrals to colleagues.

In addition to case management, you ensure each client receives the support they deserve. You will conduct intake conversations, provide phone, online, and face-to-face coaching, collaborate with colleagues on support shifts (9-17), manage platform inquiries, and handle ad hoc

Qualifications

• Coach/counsellor/psychologist background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills required.
• Ability to adapt approaches to different clients and situations.

Als coach/counsellor/psycholoog ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor clienten. Je voert inspirerende gesprekken en regelt indien nodig doorverwijzingen naar collega’s. Naast het casemanagement zorg je ervoor dat iedere client de ondersteuning krijgt die hij of zij verdient.

• Oplossingsgericht en praktisch is. Je weet hoe je problemen direct aanpakt.
• Zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook teamgericht. Je kunt goed alleen werken, maar je zoekt collega’s op wanneer dat nodig is.
• Flexibel en veelzijdig is. Je kunt je makkelijk aanpassen aan verschillende situaties en doelgroepen.
