Job summary

ENGNR. is a technical staffing agency that connects European CNC experts with Dutch companies in Breda and Rotterdam. You will program, set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines to meet exact specifications and ensure high-quality parts.

Qualifications

• Multiple years’ experience as an independent CNC turner/miller in a fine mechanical production environment.
• Experience in machine programming with Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into a machining plan.
• Good knowledge of materials, machining tools and clamping techniques.
• Work accurately, independently and with a focus on quality and safety.
• Knowledge of English or Dutch (at least level B1).
• Driving license B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently interpret customer drawings and determine the machining sequence.
• Program from the panel and set up CNC milling and turning machines (Heidenhain and Fanuc).
• Produce complex, precise parts according to specifications and quality requirements.
• Perform intermediate and final checks to ensure dimensions and finish are correct.
• Choose the right tools and machining strategy for each job.
• Identify opportunities to improve the process for efficiency and quality.

Job description

You program precision, we take care of the rest

As a CNC programmer at ENGNR. you will work on complex and high-quality precision parts for customers in the Breda and Rotterdam region. You will program, set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls and ensure that each product meets the specifications exactly. You will earn a good salary between €700 and €750 net per week, receive free accommodation and can count on personal guidance. We arrange work, accommodation and transport so that you can fully focus on your job.

What you will do

• You will independently interpret customer drawings and determine the machining sequence.
• You program from the panel and set up the CNC milling and turning machines (Heidenhain and Fanuc).
• You produce complex and precise parts according to customer specifications and quality requirements.
• You perform intermediate and final checks and ensure that dimensions and finishing are always correct.
• You choose the right tools and machining strategy for each job.
• You identify improvement opportunities in the process and think about efficiency and quality.

What will you bring
