The role emphasizes safe practices and adherence to GD&T standards in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of hands-on CNC experience, and strong measurement skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related training or experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on CNC experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings and GD&T knowledge.
• Accurate use of measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Flexibility for overtime and emergency production needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mills and lathes safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specs and customer standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
