Job summary

NTS Hengelo - Additive Manufacturing is seeking a skilled CNC Miller/Programmer to operate and optimize 5-axis milling machines, program complex parts in TopSolid, and help ensure manufacturability from early design to output. You will work closely with engineering and work preparation in a compact, entrepreneurial team.

A strong focus on quality and continuous improvement is essential. With a technical MBO level 3/4 education and hands-on experience, you will contribute to challenging NPI

Qualifications

• Experience operating and programming 5-axis milling machines independently.
• Strong attention to tolerances and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize modern 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Program complex products in CAM software, preferably TopSolid
• Collaborate with engineering and work preparation to ensure manufacturability of new products
• Contribute to NPI trajectories with machining input
• Monitor quality according to tight specifications
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
