Job summary

Maxi-Cosi is seeking a skilled CMF Designer to lead the development of CMF strategies across car seats and strollers, driving brand-aligned color, material and finish choices while keeping sustainability in view.

You will forecast trends, translate insights into seasonal CMF directions, and partner with suppliers and internal teams to validate materials for production feasibility and cost efficiency. Hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMF design experience in premium consumer goods or juvenile products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating CMF design, strategy, trend translation, and material innovation.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the CMF design language across Maxi-Cosi product categories.

• Collaborate with Brand, Product and R&D teams to embed CMF into early concept development.
