Maxi-Cosi is seeking a Freelance Creative Traffic Manager (24-32h/week) to centralize intake, brief validation, and prioritization for the creative team in Helmond. You will balance workloads, coordinate with stakeholders, and keep projects moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The role starts freelance with potential for full-time in 2027. Expect 24-32 hours weekly, hybrid work with on-site presence in Helmond twice weekly, and close collaboration with the Creative Team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Traffic Manager, Creative Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent planning and coordination abilities.
• Experience in fast-paced marketing, creative, agency, or in-house creative environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage intake and coordination of all creative project requests.
• Review and validate incoming briefs for completeness and quality.
• Follow up with stakeholders to gather missing information and align expectations.
• Clarify project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
• Assess creative team capacity and resource availability.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate workloads across multiple projects.
• Manage competing priorities and urgent business requests.
• Monitor project progress and identify bottlenecks.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and the Creative Team.
• Support improvement of briefing, intake, and workflow processes.
• Ensure projects move from request to delivery.
