Job summary

AIT Worldwide Home Delivery is seeking a Cluster Business Controller to lead business control activities for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Czechia cluster. In this role, you will provide financial insights and performance analysis to support operational efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance with at least 7 years of relevant experience, a university degree, and excellent communication skills. This position offers attractive benefits including 27.5 holiday days and a solid pension plan.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in financial and/or business controlling roles.
• Solid knowledge of business control, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Fluent oral and written English is a must, Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business control activities for Netherlands, Belgium, and Czechia cluster.
• Support Station Manager(s) with the annual budgeting process.
• Perform detailed budget vs. actual analyses to identify budget gaps.
